Terms of Service

Effective : 2026-04-23. These Terms govern the use of InsiderLens provided by Nexlens Holding Limited (in incorporation).

1. Acceptance

By accessing https://app.insiderlens.com or creating an account, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

InsiderLensaggregates public insider-transaction disclosures (PDMR / directors' dealings) from global financial regulators. The service provides browsing, company watchlists, and email alerts.

3. Registration and Account

  • Registration is free and only requires a valid email address
  • Authentication is via email magic link (no password)
  • You are responsible for keeping your email inbox secure
  • One account per natural person
  • We may suspend accounts in case of abuse (aggressive scraping, fake account creation, use contrary to these Terms)

4. Subscription Tiers

The service is offered across several tiers :

  • Free : no cost, limited quota (5 watchlist issuers, basic alerts)
  • Pro : paid, extended quota
  • Analyst : paid, advanced features

Pricing and billing terms will be published on /pricing at commercial launch.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to :

  • Scrape, harvest or mass-reproduce the data in circumvention of quotas
  • Attempt to compromise the service (SQLi, brute force, DoS, etc.)
  • Impersonate any third party
  • Use the service to harass, defame, or harm individuals
  • Commercially redistribute the data without a written licence

6. Nature of Information (Key Disclaimer)

Information published on InsiderLens is provided strictly for informational purposes. It does not and must never be construed as :

  • Investment advice within the meaning of MiFID II
  • A recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument
  • Independent financial research
  • A commercial solicitation

Investment decisions are your sole responsibility and should be made with qualified financial advice.

7. Intellectual Property

The website, its code, design and structured database are the property ofNexlens Holding Limited (in incorporation). Raw regulatory data remain under their issuers' licences (SEC : US public domain ; FCA NSM : Open Government Licence v3.0 ; AMF BDIF : Etalab 2.0 ; BaFin, FI, AFM, HKEX, SGX, ASX : per their respective terms of use). Attributions are shown on each fiche.

8. Availability

We take reasonable steps to keep the service available but do not warrant uninterrupted uptime. Maintenance, incidents, or failures of external regulatory sources may temporarily interrupt the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexlens Holding Limited (in incorporation) shall not be liable for :

  • Direct or indirect financial losses arising from investment decisions based on site information
  • Errors, omissions or delays in data published by regulators
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party processors

10. Termination

You may close your account any time by writing to privacy@insiderlens.com. Closure terminates any active subscription with no refund for the current period, save for statutory consumer protection rights.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
